As notified to all clubs and repeated in the Summer edition (number 162) of the Links magazine, bulk mailings to a nominated representative of a club have now stopped, in favour of your receiving your due copy direct to your home address without the delay of it going through a third party.

If as a 41 Club member you have NOT received your Winter Magazine for 2009 by the end of November (or any magazine after that) it may be that your name has not been added to the Association's 'Club Administration System' (CAS) by your Club Secretary or your Club Contact. If you suspect this to be the case you are invited to complete the following form that will automatically be forwarded to the 41 Club Administrator Sue Barnicoat, who will check your details and if they are missing or incorrect will update them for you.

Your details are protected by the Data Protection Act and will not be made available by The Association of Ex-Round Tablers' Clubs to any other persons or organisations.
